1. Traffic Geography

1.1. Traffic is accepted exclusively from European countries and the USA.
1.2. Traffic from other countries is not serviced and no payment is made for it.

2. Traffic Sources

2.1. All types of traffic are allowed, except for prohibited methods:

a) fraud and any forms of dishonest promotion;
b) incentivized traffic;
c) spam (including email, messengers, social networks);
d) click fraud and bot traffic;
e) use of the brand in contextual advertising without prior approval.

2.2. Violation of this rule is grounds for refusal of commission payments.

3. Commission

3.1. Commission ranges from 40% to 50% depending on the number of sales during the reporting period.
3.2. The percentage is determined weekly and fixed by the program administration.
3.3. The commission percentage is fixed weekly and is not subject to retroactive changes.

4. Payments

4.1. Payments are made in USDT.
4.2. Other payment methods are possible by individual arrangement.
4.3. Payments are made once a week. A different payment frequency may be discussed individually.
4.4. The minimum payout amount is 100 USDT.
4.5. Payment system fees are covered by the affiliate.

5. Cookies and Attribution

5.1. Cookie storage period — 90 days.
5.2. Sales made within this period are attributed to the affiliate.
5.3. If a sale occurs after 90 days, no commission is accrued.

6. Experience and Cooperation

6.1. Only affiliates with proven experience in affiliate marketing are admitted to the program.
6.2. The program administration reserves the right to refuse cooperation without explanation.

7. Order Cancellations and Chargebacks

7.1. Commission is accrued only for successfully paid.
7.2. If an order is canceled or the customer made chargeback or was refunded, no commission is paid.
7.3. If a customer made chargeback or was refunded, commission would be canceled or deducted from future affiliate payouts.

8. Other Conditions

8.1. The administration reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.
8.2. In case of rule violations, payments may be suspended or canceled.
8.3. All disputes are resolved through negotiation.
